“Hi - I’m so happy you’re here!

Fitness has always played a huge role in my life and has constantly pushed me to grow and face challenges.

As a child of the “social media generation,” dealing with body image issues and disordered eating habits began for me at a young age. Struggling with these issues brought me to some of the most challenging self growth moments I’ve ever experienced- I had to learn how to live in a balanced and non-restrictive way. I’ve learned that my fitness journey will be ever changing; from playing college lacrosse to running half marathons, I know that my relationship to fitness and my body image is not static. It took me years to realize that to be truly well required balance & a positive mindset around change.

Rewiring your mindset about your fitness journey takes time, practice and patience, but it’s completely possible. Exercise doesn’t have to be exhausting, meals don’t have to be small & you don’t have to stress about every little thing in order to achieve your goals. A balanced & beautiful life waits out there for you- let me help you find it.
